According to publicly available data: Michigan has reported administering 52.5% of doses shipped to their state Oregon, 43.6% Wisconsin, 48.7%

It is still up to the states to order the doses available to them. As of this morning: Michigan had yet to order ~7% (60k doses) of their total Order Cap Oregon ~9% (40K doses) Wisconsin ~14% (80K doses) Over 4M more second doses will be available Sunday
