@Sephora need some assistance/advice. Latest order they are saying they can’t deliver as address is wrong. It isn’t. Haven’t moved, never had a problem being delivered before. Had one a few days earlier at the same exact address.

@Sephora @verb someone needs to help me. Bought a liter in April, just opened to start using. It's separated and like water, I tried shaking it. It's way off from other bottles I've bought. Supposed to have 18 month shelf life.

I went into @Sephora today and one of the employees at the front made audible comments about me like “ew who is that” and “I just want to say please let me help you to her.” I don’t appreciate the comments in general but especially when my makeup was better than hers

@Sephora 60 return policy is not ideal especially for online orders. My order shipped 12 days after purchase but when attempting to return online the 60 days begins frm the order date 😵‍💫 doubtful Ill shop here again.Michelle in Culver City 738 is rude as hell
