.@Sephora 3 reps@said they didn’t know what to do even when I gave them brand names in the store that wouldn’t irritate my skin. They didn’t want to help because I had rosacea. @ultabeauty I was ignored, mostly bc they were understaffed w/2 people working the entire store 🤷‍♀️
