@TableauSupport I have shape marks on my graphs that are appearing differently online than they do in the app. They're the same image files I've used in previous years but never had this problem.

Thanks PK... I got how the feature works... but once editing a dashboard the containers that have visibility set become harder to work with (meaning, add new elements to it) if there are other hidden containers around.

@TableauSupport I am trying to login to Tableau server site from tableau desktop, but the sign in page just loads a blank white page. Seems to be related to whatever had been an issue today, but it's not 'resolved' as your status page says

is it only with me but the new dashboard zone visibility has caused some unexpected issues/bugs when dragging and dropping elements on dashboard containers?
when the zones are hidden they interfere in the ability to add new contents on shown zones

Hey @TableauSupport its been 5 days we have raised a ticket(08617592) but no resolution from your side.
Your service says P1,P2 cases response time is within 24 Hrs. But we have no update after 24hrs. after providing required log file.

@TableauSupport I purchased tableau creator and ended up with the "server" license instead of the "cloud" license. So far I have been unsuccessful in getting it swapped for the "cloud" version. Any ideas how to get the right person to help with this issue?

Tableau customer service for license renewal is so hard to reach.
