@i_am_mpress @segalink @fidelitybankplc bank DID attend to my problem via twitter. The bank customer care services wanted to neglect my complaint by not resolving my hanging money over the 25 days they said they would attend to it.
I complained on twitter & it was resolved in 10 days.
