Why do banks only listen to you when you decide to report to a higher authority? Why are they quick to fraudulently collect your money and extremely slow to reverse it? Why do you have to be looked down on because "small money"? This needs to end! #GrossNegligence

In my experience, Ecobank. Until you start shouting in the banking hall they will pretend you are not there

I don’t think this can ever end

because they control the money. In the USA you cannot do cash deposits into someones account anymore and if you try and take out cash.. say 1000 bucks us they are all like..ah em. what's this for? not kidding!!

Zenith Bank is full of this shit . had my share of their drama this week on delayed reversal

Am a banker by profession. All this exists becos of the numerous demands of the regulatory bodies. CBN want to see high deposits, less withdrawal, profit, high loan disbursement etc.End of month is balancing period&to remain in biz they have to b impressed.

Financial institutions generally. PFA's are also guilty of this
