Pure emotion. Both men absolutely done..! pic.twitter.com/yau1lzmIUS

Look what it means to beat City

Why watching a match on TV is like seeing a wax effigy of a game.

Well, if you don’t get goosebumps watching this, Football is not the game for you... 🤩 #NCFC

I love Todd Cantwell's drop to the floor upon the final whistle after hobbling his way back up the pitch. He played his heart out again.

For a second I was puzzled why they started cheering as the player fell over haha

So watch the ruddy game and enjoy it rather than filming it... #sadoldgit

And a few hours later, at a park in central #Norwich with Flo...the beautiful game....inspiring a 6 year old...and many others... pic.twitter.com/UA5IzhzRPB

This. This is the good stuff.

Can’t believe @NorwichCityFC won the league last night, great scenes of celebration.. and we’re only in September too 🤷🏼‍♂️

This is fucking quality man reminds me of the scenes when the full time whistle went the night we beat Barca

Can’t happen in American soccer.

Would be dope if more people cared enough to genuinely ask why.

Few things in life are more annoying than getting your grammar wrong on a tweet that goes viral...

Great! But why people nowadays are busier with their phone camera's instead of fully appreciating the moment I will never understand

Norwich fans with more limbs than City fans after the quadruple

First proper limbs in years any English fan can use whereas Scottish clubs are making limbs every other week🙃

Hope no one was hurt lads, looks chaotic.

This is lovely. A promoted team beats the treble winners and richest side in the world. Look at what it means. This is football for all. A provincial town with a population ceiling. Doing this. Magic.

Winning trophies is of course wonderful but it’s these moments that make it as a football fan. This is equivalent of, for me, Moura’s goal at Ajax. It’s everything you dream of.

In reply to @mrjakehumphrey
This is actually really sad , Norwich we’re regarded as bigger club than Man City not long ago, and now look at them celebrating like they have won the World Cup .

Brilliant. See you at the Turf. 👊

A paixão de um clube que não ganha "nada" é diferente da dos que ganham sempre!

In reply to @mrjakehumphrey
Celebrated like they’ve won the champions league when they beat us 5 games into a season and people have the audacity to call us ‘small’

No better feeling than this, hugging people u don’t even know & everyone having the time of their life’s, it’s more than just a sport👍

Norwich’in zafer anı! Tribün çekimi. #NORMCI

Closed soccer leagues don’t produce this type of drama.

This is why supporting local is the best thing. Brings so much passion

if anyone is down to go get drunk at a soccer game please hit my dms

You know it’s special when Norwich have limbs

In reply to @mrjakehumphrey
Kudos to @NorwichCityFC First team to beat Citeh in the EPL since #nufc

In reply to @mrjakehumphrey
Especially the w*nker sign at the end

This is all obviously great. But I already can’t be arsed thinking about the scenes when some bottom-half team finally beats us in a game of football. Pitch invasion, parade, Monday off work, the lot...

Didn’t realise it meant that much beating City tbh congrats

In reply to @mrjakehumphrey
Cantwell literally just collapsed to the floor like...... Honestly I'm a lfc fan but boy am I glad Norwich are in pl to spice things up cause a few upsets and well stay . If I didnt Support lfc I'll support you. Well done canaries

In reply to @mrjakehumphrey
This is what the “what have you won?” brigade will never get. This is why we go to games. #coys

This is what we aim for!!! #dcfc #dcfcfans

In reply to @mrjakehumphrey
Brilliant hopefully this is the start of the lower teams not just rolling over against them 👏🏻

É satisfatório ver esse vídeo
Olha oq significa vencer o City pras pessoa
Pra eles isso vale mais q um título

In reply to @mrjakehumphrey
Enjoy the moment and put your phone away

This is absolutely class

‘It’s just a game’ fuck off

makes you fall in love with football again, well done norwich 💪

all this over little old City, we run this leagueeeee

To anyone not a football fan. THIS is why we go

We’re the biggest club in the world look what it means to them

Le football putain 😍

love this for two reasons - 1. this is football, just look at it. 2. this is how it feels to beat Manchester City, gargantuan.

Et que ce soit la seule fois du week-end où je vois un stade jaune et vert heureux. Merci #FCNSDR

People saying 'didnt know they won the league' this is just passion people who go games understand the feeling of the full time whistle when it's a backs to the wall performance or the feeling of your keeper gathering the ball in the last minute and celebrating like you've scored

Did Norwich just beat a small, irrelevent club from Manchester, or win the World Cup?

pHoNeS aRe KilLiNg FoOtBaLl. no mate phones capture moments of pure ecstasy and joy like this for everyone involved to relive and those who weren’t there to enjoy it with everyone else.

In reply to @mrjakehumphrey
It’s good to see fans celebrate like this. All credit to Norwich. Better team on the night. I’m a long standing blue and Stanley I sometimes miss this feeling of being the underdog and getting a result like that. Well played canaries. Hope you have a successful season 👋👋

I literally cannot remember what this feels like

There is life left in English football after all

no other sport compares

Despite having Aguero and Sterling in my FPL side, I was chuffed for Norwich to win this. Besides I also have Pukki.

If you don’t like football and have never experienced this then I feel bad for you son

This is class. Mentioned it in an article a wee while ago. As the gap between City/Liverpool and everyone else gets bigger, so too does the moment they get beat. English Football hasn’t had that in years.

Fuck off you tractor riding cunts

Love that super Norwich❤️❤️

In reply to @mrjakehumphrey
To understand a proper football fan this about sums it up. It’s expensive to go You hope you are not going to get thumped by the best team in the league You turn up in thousands And then you play a blinder The joy you see here is the reason you get hooked

isto é tão lindo mas claro que em Portugal apoiam todos os 3 grandes e não há nada disto

Someone who's quite possibly paid £50 to sit and video a game that's right in front of him on his mobile, while not saying a word to his son who's sat right next to him ⚽

Wonderful scenes, a great result. Full credit to Norwich. HOWEVER....doesn’t this show the financial disparity between clubs when an ordinary league win is celebrated like this? Looks like a lower league club celebrating a cup giant killing.

Why’s that kid screaming like he’s being murdered? 😂

When city lose, we all win

When football clubs be sporting institutions and not just businesses. ⚽🖤

Inbreeding went up 85% last night after Norwich won the prem, champions league and the world Cup all in one

When Celtic get a corner in a big game

Have they won the league or something? Im confused

Canny be the only wan that thought they were celebrating the cunt gawn down injured😂😂

Só pra quem torce pra times com menos grana entende esse sentimento.

In reply to @Sharpovic
compare this to the half empty bernabeu at the weekend

How can people not love it?!

It’s a real shame that a lot of people will never experience this level of emotion/passion from the beautiful game.... raw and pure 👏👏👏

When ur voice starts to screech to a very high pitch u know that emotion has gone beyond its peak

I dont like filming at games but this is lush. Shows how different and more special it is watching football in a stadium than on TV. Couldn't get any of this atmosphere on Sky when the final whistle went

In reply to @mrjakehumphrey
That's why we watch endless failure and shite. For moments like that right there.

In reply to @mrjakehumphrey
As a United fan I’ve been spoilt, the Champions League Final of 99 will always be my ‘go to’ moment for sheer joy. Last night Norwich had a real moment, players giving everything for their fantastic, passionate supporters. Enjoy it @NorwichCityFC This is why we love this game!

In reply to @mrjakehumphrey
Well deserved win for norwich, need to book our ideas up, yesterday shows how important laporte is for us

I miss playing home games in a football stadium

Love every moment of this - this is why the premier league is the best sporting league in the world

To be honest the fact that it's such a big achievement to beat us shows how far we've come and that makes me really happy

I WANT NEED THIS EXPERIENCE 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Watching this on repeat 😭😭

Bloody love this. This is FOOTBALL

Carrow road madness

Amazing scenes for the canaries 💛💚
