Kobe gave us one last game winner. The look of admiration on Vanessa’s face. How much Gigi loved him and the game. Terrible day.

My head coach from the short time I was at Orange Coast College sadly was also on the helicopter. Two men who touched a lot of peoples lives as well as their daughters.

I hope my wife and kids look at me the same way they look at Kobe. That would be the highest compliment I can ever receive.

This made me smile and sad at the same time seeing your friend achieve something amazing and then losing them I would hug this man if I had the chance and tell him everything’s gonna be okay pic.twitter.com/BN4fCm4P2t

This joint almost made me cry man. The way his wife looked, so incredibly proud of her husband, Kobe. The way his daughter, Gigi, was so gleeful for her dad. 💔

I wish they would air this game again!

Part of me feels ridiculous for mourning a man I didn’t know, but there’s an emptiness now that I can’t fully explain.

Part of my childhood died yesterday. #KobeBryant inspired me to work harder, to stay focused on the goal when I was working 80 hour weeks. I am profoundly sad.

I'll never forget that day. I ditched our recognition day just to watch his last game in the NBA. I wouldn't miss it for the world. I cried w so much pride & joy on that day.

But today's a different day, my heart is shattered knowing that I wont be able to see him play again.😭

That final game was magical

It was either show the Warriors going 73-9 or Kobe’s Last Game EVERYBODY CHOSE KOBE AND HE DIDNT DISAPPOINT BRO .

Honestly was the last time I got super hyped for a basketball game A game between to teams who didn’t make the playoffs but had me jumping and screaming alone in my apartment like it was game 7 of the finals so crazy he is gone

Kobe gave us a epic gif this day.. the crowd reactions have been used ever since lol

Rest well Killer 🙏🏿

At the time, I thought this was the most perfect ending to his legacy. The fact he kept building on it beyond basketball just shows how special he was. What a loss.

@NBA, @espn, please air this game again?

His greatness and look of exhaustion by giving his all in his last game plus the happiness on the face of his wife and daughter is epitome of Kobe Bryant, Ball + Family. Just heartbreaking😭 to see his story end but his legacy will live on forever. #MambaForever pic.twitter.com/OQngE5zlMo

I remember being alone in my dorm going nuts when this happened. This was the night the Warriors secured 73 wins too lol. Got to thank Kobe for all the memories and inspiration throughout the years.

I go back and watch highlights from this game often. One of my all time favorite moments in sports. Just seeing the reaction of guys at the level of stardom as Jay Z, Jack Nicholson, Kanye, and Shaq shows how great he really was. Will never be another like him.🐍💜💛

I remember after the game Kobe talking about how his girls were too young to see him at his peak and understand how great he was and that this night, he was able to show them what his dad once was.

That's what I'm thinking about tonight.

The greatest game I will ever attend in my life. I will never regret the $700 I paid to go solo and sit in the nosebleeds at this game.

Giant group of us went out to BWW’s to catch this game. Truly one of my favorite memories from college. Everyone could tell how tired you were, but no one doubted that you would deliver. Even in your last game you went all out. Mamba mentality to the fullest

This game meant absolutely zero, but its up there for the best basketball game of his career. The arena was packed with people that loved Kobe, and he made sure not to disappoint. He knew it had been a rough past couple of years with injuries, but made sure to give us this moment

I’ll never forget this night, nigga was exhausted lmao. Really left it all on the court

He was just different.. there will never EVER be another Kobe “Bean” Bryant. I know y’all remember saying “KOBE” before you used to shoot a crumbled paper in the trash. He changed the game in an amazing way and His legacy will continue to inspire generations to come. #MambaOut
