Well, sometimes I like to drown myself in the feeling and be down for a few minutes accompanied with some music. It's good to "enjoy" the feeling, just so you are reminded that this life ain't always happy.

2) Tak guna lamenting today's shittiness. There will always be worse days coming later anyhow. Things don't really get better. So might as well ignore it and prepare for worse things to come.

TREAT MYSELF!!!. Go out somewhere tak kesah as long as i'm not in my house. Sometimes i just want to be in a moving car. And the least i can do to make myself happy when I'm feeling down is keluar depan rumah to see the sky, stars, clouds or airplane. All of this works for myself
