Thank you @ApsanaBegumMP for flagging the need to mandate a second fire escape stairwell on new tall residential blocks in this country. Property developers must be forced. US requires a second escape after 4 storeys, w/ Australia, Poland & Norway after 8. secondegress.ca/Jurisdictions-1
