A committee hired to explore discrimination, harassment and abuse in major-junior hockey delivered its report to the CHL in Dec 2020.
13 months later - facing the prospect a judge would order the report handed over in a lawsuit - the CHL made it public.
Off-ice misconduct exists in the Canadian Hockey League to the point that it has become a “cultural norm,” says an independent panel’s report on bullying, discrimination and harassment within major junior hockey.
