I watch a Korean chef on YouTube and just this past Friday he did a katsu curry where he was like sure you can do the curry from scratch but life's too short.

Oh man the Golden Curry mix is so good. Curried sausages with their mild curry is so damn good 😊
The Java curry roux from House Food is also a certified hit. Stronger spice flavour with a mild heat to it.
I cannot eat potatoes because they cause my inflammatory disorder to flare but listen, sliced lotus roots are amazing in this. And visually appealing. I swear I’m going to get one tattooed on me I love them so much. I need to make this Japanese curry again soon.
My Wife is Filipino and has Hoshimatos and can't deal with Gluten now. Imagine being Asian and not being able to use Soy Sauce because the gluten. It sucks.
Unless you're gluten free. My wife loves it, but they use gluten. She was so sad...
Golden Curry rules! I like Java Curry a little more and it's a tad spicier. Kokumaro is the GOAT but a lot harder to find.

I've tried so many DIY versions, so many variables that can screw it up, nothing competes with this.
Can’t use anything above Mild because my gf is not fond of spicy things lol. But yeah, 100% eith you. Best of the bunch and if you add some coconut mill it boosts the flavor x10

Microwave rice, Golden/Vermont/Java, and fresh schnitzels from the butcher. That cheap and easy combo was a meal almost every day for a solid year of my life.

I use it all the time. It’s great. I usually buy a bundle of them on Amazon because they’re hard to find in my stores.
