3 million children in Afghanistan are at risk of acute malnutrition, of them, over 1 million are at risk of severe acute malnutrition. @UNICEFAfg continues to scale up prevention and treatment in 2,600 health centers nationwide. We won't stop. We're here #ForEveryChild
There are now over 2,600 health centres in Afghanistan supporting treatment for severely acutely malnourished children.

This time last year, there were just over 1,400.

@SamMort9 as we see malnutrition rates are higher since middle class are ashamed to report it and are not in your beneficiary list.
It is crucial to support low cost, local solution to malnutrition. Current food distribution system is not sustainable.
