Even to the point where houses are built to rot
Like these four on Rochestown Road, Rochestown, Cork City

The system in broken. Only a dysfunctional system would allow vacant property hoarding in a time of serious #housingcrisis when people are literally dying on the streets for want of a roof over their head.

The excesses of the early 2000s knew no bounds. Banking and real estate porn. Homes of nearly 4,000 square feet in Passage West never made sense. And no sign of a part V either...

That's the 3rd time you've posted that development. You seem to think that a developer would put up four fine detached houses and not sell them for the crack. It was completed c. 11 years ago (before the crash). Efforts were made to sell them but these evidently fell through.

Disagree with the centralising philosophy of this . The 1930s Loeb report explains it for you . This is the monopoly admitting the rightness of social credit but going in a different direction so as to maintain monoply . Conclusions page 241 &after . archive.org/details/report…
