Did the immigrants give consent to be taken off the island to a military base?

This is why Desantis is considered the biggest threat by the democrat party in terms of leading the future of the republican party. You're getting the Trump upside and arguably none of the downside. Desantis is far too savvy, smart, and disciplined for any tactic they dish out.

In reply to @Julio_Rosas11
It was voluntary. They weren’t forced to go.

When your own side uses the language of the opposition, you have already conceded the field. Not immigrants, not migrants, not asylum seekers, not refugees. At best freeloaders at worst invaders.

Desantis had his film crew on the plane watching people practice law without a license, lie to legal migrants who already were processed after an 8 month hellish trip, and paid for a week in a HOTEL for some of these folks. If he destroys that tape, there will be consequences. pic.twitter.com/oU33GlAsTL

I think its time to countersue them and their lawyers for defamation of character

How many times has border patrol risk their lives to save drowning immigrants n some of them lost their lives can they sue for mental anguish ??

In reply to @Julio_Rosas11
Attorney that filed should be sanctioned. They have a duty to investigate to see if they have a case and frivolous to claim violations of rights only afforded to US citizens.

In reply to @Julio_Rosas11
DeSantis was just giving them their fair share, another phrase Democrats like to spew, except now.

And there it is, check and mate from Desantis in official court filings.

Document is in English and Spanish, is clear they are going to Massachusetts (no mention of Boston specifically) and is signed and dates by those travelling.

Sad though, that the way media consumption works is that they get their message out, people buy it and move on! People don't seek out the truth. I know.... I live in MA. People are being spoonfed by local politicians and the talking heads in the local media! 🙄

Perhaps the Venezuelan migrants will now claim they can't read Spanish.

🏆 Proper prior planning prevents piss poor performance

In reply to @Julio_Rosas11
They were sent to the monied elitist. Can anyone doubt these poor people have received payola to take this course of action?

In reply to @Julio_Rosas11
They are illegal and should not have entered at all. If the government doesn’t want to secure the border then why does it matter where they go within our country?

In reply to @Julio_Rosas11
How abolut they have no standing?

In reply to @Julio_Rosas11
These people were also in similar straits to those who consent to giving their children to coyotes, and who drown trying to swim across the southern border...

50 Illegals crossing Vineyard Sound have gotten more attention than a million crossing the Rio Grande. Well done, Governor.

I believe DeSantis and Abbot simply did what the Biden Administration and Congress have been doing along. It is Hypocrisy at the highest level..

In reply to @Julio_Rosas11
Greg Abbott has those consent forms too.

In reply to @Julio_Rosas11
Due to the Shelters being completely full with illegal migrants, Texas had to help each “asylum-seeker” and gave each migrant consent forms before busing to DC, NYC Marth'a Vineyard They knew what was happening.... borderreport.com/immigration/te…

In reply to @Julio_Rosas11
Lying Biden is the problem. Close the border.

In reply to @Julio_Rosas11
All of you can say wth you want . They are illegals , they were sent to a sanctuary state where they knew they would take care of them . Southern borders are NOT sanctuary states . So take them , keep them and when there is all kind of lawlessness there . You can’t go back !!!

In reply to @Julio_Rosas11
Abandoned? They placed themselves in our country as hungry, homeless and abandoned themselves on their own free will.

In reply to @Julio_Rosas11
This whole time I thought Martha’s Vineyard was in CA. And was wondering why no one was making a big deal of sending them cross country to Cape Cod.... makes more sense now! Also- DeSantis is just, so good!!!!

In reply to @Julio_Rosas11
File actions against the plaintiffs and their attorneys for frivolous vexatious lawsuits and seek liability for all legal costs

In reply to @Julio_Rosas11
Lawsuit will go nowhere. Florida and DeathSantis are clean. Let's get on to the next Communist Freak Out. GO DEATHSANTIS!!!!!

In reply to @Julio_Rosas11
Brandon can fly thousands to parts unknown and crickets are heard on the left. DeSantis gives them a trip to a place most will never see, and that's worth of a suit?

In reply to @Julio_Rosas11
I'm sad they didn't get better treatment in MV.

In reply to @Julio_Rosas11
Not on state letterhead. No witness signature. No notary stamp. No reason to think this is authentic.

In reply to @Julio_Rosas11
"The immigrants were homeless, hungry, and abandoned – and these activists didn’t care about them then.” Well if DeSantis says it, it must be true

In reply to @Julio_Rosas11
They were illegals they dont care where they are, anywhere than their home country. Ridiculous to even use this as an argument, lefts are so dumb into fooling the dumber

If it's true they signed these consent forms, I withdraw what I said about these particular people being used as political pawns. It seems they wanted to go, and to get a flight to Martha's VY is frankly a great deal. I'm more concerned about them being arrested upon arrival.

That wouldn’t release them of liability for all of the things that were promised to them He’s going to cost taxpayers millions of dollars more

In reply to @JuddLegum
Did you completely forget to include the signed Consent Forms from each and every one of the illegals ?? Guess it wouldn’t support your false narrative. Got it !!twitter.com/julio_rosas11/…

They made em sign consent forms 😭😭😭

“The immigrants were homeless, hungry, and abandoned – and these activists didn’t care about them then.” Then Desantis showed up paid $615k to fly them to the wealthiest zip code dream vacation resort. Surely that place would have food and shelter to help these people.

Whoops. Looks like any suit against Big Ron will be laughed out of court.

When Americans get tired of being used abused disrespected betrayed exploited fleeced and made patsys off maybe they will vote out the Democrats...it may be too late. Too many illegals to few Americans

In reply to @Julio_Rosas11
I could give two craps about these people. We have Americans suffering we need to take care of them first. is there something about the Biden administration that he doesn’t understand about that.
