You guys really have to up ur game, you can’t just be frustrating people with your bad services. I laid a complaint that I did a recharge twice and I was debited without the money reflecting, and it’s been 2days now without a single response on the matter

i was debited of 23200 again on the 29th of october and 11900 of 17th of october has not been reversed. Una go fit bear am ,please with urgency applied kindly reverse my funds.

hello first bank what is going are you people about to shut down are you lacking IT persons since 17th of 0ctober that i was debited of 11900 till now even after lodgement of complaints no reversal.. i no dey happy with una again then to make things worse again i was debited of
