It’s surprising to me how many people are picking against izzy …I feel he has the better iq the better distance management and the experience edge in big fights

Happens with every long running champ people eventually root against them Izzy got this

Izzy after Pereira lands that left hook pic.twitter.com/dybOgTPaVI

They want him to lose so bad it clouds their already feeble judgment. forgetting that Izzy was dominant for much of those fights & can do it better with the stakes so much higher this time. Same lackluster mentality that made so many pick against Islam vs Oliveira

In reply to @bullyb170
I think Pereira has better chance than all of Adesanya's past opponents except Jan at 205, Whittaker is simply too short to overcome that distance control but for once, Adesanya won't be in advantage in terms of size at 185. I think Adesanya still can leg kick and run though.

He also Remembers this man early in his career and how that fight went! Izzy with some beef behind it fight is scary! I know all fights matter, But I believe this fight has some baggage attached to it. Izzy will be ready to show whys he’s MMA Champ Izzy now, and not Boxing Izzy✊

In reply to @bullyb170
If Izzy stays calm and sticks to his game plan he should have the decision in the bag but if he gets flustered and starts fighting Alex like he did gastellum or there kickboxing bout it could be a ko right than and there.

In reply to @bullyb170
Alot of people talking Alex by KO. Izzy by KO is a sneaky smart bet.

In reply to @bullyb170
I think people just want a new champ. I respect Izzy, but he has had some fairly boring fights recently.

In reply to @bullyb170
People forget that Izzy got a knockdown in the second fight and Alex got a count to recover. In MMA that plays much differently, and the striking itself will be different.

In reply to @bullyb170
You know they already fought twice don't u?

In reply to @bullyb170
Pereira training with Glover gives him more than enough resilience to weather Izzy attacks. I really think this one is all about mental grit and not skill. And Perreira has an inner fortification that can't be tested by Izzys punch-and-run style.

In reply to @bullyb170
Izzy going to wrestle. He’s got a high fight IQ. Why would he stand and bang? They are even on the feet or close enough. Comes down to other disciplines. Izzy has him beat on wrestling and judo.

In reply to @bullyb170
True but not this time dudes not this time.

Not the biggest fan of Izzy but I agree with this

In reply to @bullyb170
He don't got that DOG in him

In reply to @bullyb170
I agree.. but 5 rounds is a long time for not to get caught by just 1 or 2 from Poatan. I think that is why people are against Stylebender in this one..

In reply to @bullyb170
For once I agree with something you've said on here. Bet the house on Izzy for this one.

In reply to @bullyb170
Izzy is far more well-rounded at MMA than Alex, in addition to being sharper at striking, but casuals think Alex is a real-life One-Punch Man #UFC281

In reply to @bullyb170
I think people are rooting against him which is fair his last few fights have been lackluster

In reply to @bullyb170
When you lose twice to the same guy you aren’t the same fighter against that guy.

In reply to @bullyb170
They’re picking against Izzy because they want him to lose.

I hope @stylebender has been working on his ground game and takes it to him and shows him the difference between kickboxing and mma! Go Izzy!

In reply to @bullyb170
I think it's gonna be a badass fight striking gonna be Hella sick to see I give Izzy the advantage I think he comes out looking fast on the feet movement gonna be key in this fight giving him different looks Alex gonna be just a bit slower imo will see

In reply to @bullyb170

In reply to @bullyb170
Based on a KO where before there was a standing count 😅 of course Pereira can ko him again but people are overstimating the probability of that event.

In reply to @bullyb170
Your comment makes no sense why are you not picking a guy who got beat twice by the guy he is fighting !!!! 🤔🤔🤔 hmmm let me think on that belal

In reply to @bullyb170
Great insight! Now pay $8

In reply to @bullyb170
People seem to think izzy is the same fighter he was back then...and they think because Alex knocked out Sean he can do it to izzy...izzy would handle Sean with ease. But it's mma and anything can happen.

Also…this isn’t a kick boxing match!

In reply to @bullyb170
Honestly, it's cos of the nails 🤢

In reply to @bullyb170
Because weve seen them standing in 2 different fights, the end result was the same. Alex won. Now if we thought izzy had a ground game then that would be different but he doesn't and Alex doesn't need one vs izzy. 3rd round stoppage for Alex. #AndNew

In reply to @bullyb170
it's understandable though, Alex is a phenomenal striker with KO power of a natural heavyweight's. imo, Izzy would better wrestle in this fight, even if he doesn't finish it on the ground he may score more.

Haters gone hate.

In reply to @bullyb170
Same height, same reach

In reply to @bullyb170
Cuz he’s boring and we’re tired of falling asleep during his fights. I know that doesn’t justify the answer but that’s the reason

In reply to @bullyb170
I think Izzy should be the favorite. What striker has gotten anywhere close to his chin? It's wrestling that he's struggled with. He needs that Khabib love lol

In reply to @bullyb170
Izzy will win by submission. He won’t engage with Alex on the feet very much at all.

In reply to @bullyb170
Say is isn't so. His fights have no finishes hardly it's not a point fight

In reply to @bullyb170
How do you think he beats Pereira?

In reply to @bullyb170
For a change, its fun

In reply to @bullyb170
This will further prove Izzy’s mental toughness. He obviously has the tools to win - I believe it will come down to how he overcomes his “probable” fears.

In reply to @bullyb170
Belal with the rare W

In reply to @bullyb170
They’re picking against him because they don’t want him as champion anymore. They think with their hearts and not their minds…

In reply to @bullyb170
They just need reminding who Izzy is.. and I think he’s gonna bring it. 🤷‍♀️

In reply to @bullyb170
Spot on. And Izzy is already setting the stage fronting like he is going to fire fight. He is the best striker going backwards since Silva and in sure it'll be a master class in counter. I'm just wondering how Alex makes weight. Dude was 239 looking solid 2 weeks ago.

In reply to @bullyb170
It’s surprising that you still haven’t shut up, ball, just shut up pic.twitter.com/1dx6tpkiaF

In reply to @bullyb170
Inshallah Pereira destroys him. Adesanya is jealous stupid boring asshole

In reply to @bullyb170
I think Izzy washes him…. & makes this looks easy real easy

In reply to @bullyb170
You’re not wrong, but Izzy is going to get hit at some point. Alex’ power is scary. Very much look forward to it.

In reply to @bullyb170
It won’t be a war either, Izzy is gonna point fight

In reply to @bullyb170
Izzy boutta wipe the floor w Periera.

In reply to @bullyb170
The fuk you know about figjt iq and distance management stfu

In reply to @bullyb170
Yeah, but mentality is important. He’ll be thinking about the fact he got laid out by this guy constantly.

CKB clean sweep incoming. Izzy, Dan, Brad and Carlos all gonna get the W.

In reply to @bullyb170
Maybe but his fights suck. Boring!! Need him to lose so we don’t have to wast time watching him play safe and run.

In reply to @bullyb170
People just like to hate Izzy. He’s the smarter, more experienced fighter, but Alex is still very good and has scary KO power.

In reply to @bullyb170
we’re getting one more “i’m prepared to die” round

In reply to @bullyb170
Yeah but that left hand could sink a ship 😂

For the first time, I agree with you about something.. I think the kHabib camp changed us 😇

In reply to @bullyb170
Probably because it's going to be a kickboxing match in the octagon and Alex beat him on points and then flatlined him. So he's outstruck him and also rallied from being hurt and got the KO. I think Izzy wins but betting on Alex as a dog makes sense.

In reply to @bullyb170
It’s Izzy, if Alex doesn’t slee him with a left hand he’s gonna win. And that’s what it really comes down too, maybe not though. Izzy is technically it’s scary!

In reply to @bullyb170
He will point fight his way to another decision

In reply to @bullyb170
Thought you picked Alex Pereira as the best striker in the UFC 🤔

In reply to @bullyb170
It's only the money call, Bully... When tipsters see an underdog at +150 (+240 ITD) with this KO power in his hands, even against one of the best champ in the world, with all his skills in MMA, and with the history between those 2, they're definitely going blindly for the 🐕.

In reply to @bullyb170
Y’all must have forgot

In reply to @bullyb170
I hope he gets slept. Dude is the worst shit talker since cejudo.

In reply to @bullyb170

In reply to @bullyb170
agreed. AI will ko this guy

In reply to @bullyb170
I picked Izzy to win on Verdict, but I put money on my faves like a REAL fan 😤 Fr though, Izzy by 25-minute lead leg destruction.

In reply to @bullyb170

In reply to @bullyb170
He was beat by him twice.

In reply to @bullyb170
I would have picked Izzy too had not lost twice already to Pereria

In reply to @bullyb170
He doesn’t have your hands tho….

In reply to @bullyb170
But the confidence of knowing you beat someone twice…

In reply to @bullyb170
bingo no one has been able to implement their game plan, and simps be like "that's iZzY's fAuLt" fucking exactly

In reply to @bullyb170
They might be looking at the price tag and talking themselves up to thinking izzy will lose. izzy should put on a clinical UD

In reply to @bullyb170
Izzy by roids , dudes gyno is back he got this in the bag

In reply to @bullyb170
You’re probably right. The experience part, I’m not so sure. Alex looked extremely calm in his fights and he’s a former two division champion in glory. Izzy is touchable. Let’s see how he does against someone with similar physical attributes.

In reply to @bullyb170
Like Alex said Izzy fights to not lose and Alex fights to win. It’s gonna be interesting

In reply to @bullyb170
He never moves forward last few performances didn't say much

In reply to @bullyb170
Not more surprising than you saying Diaz would beat khamzat 🤡

In reply to @bullyb170
I followed Alex’s carrier longer than I followed Izzy’s. Alex lost the first fight and won the second one if I'm being honest. Both men have something to prove to themselves. I'm not sure who will win but I will give Izzy the advantage

In reply to @bullyb170
Izzy submitting AP for sure
