We've been doing the opposite. We've been getting worse the last two seasons.
So focus, and fire woods. You self-righteous bastard.
Completely unexplainable why this man would rather get fired himself than make reasonable changes in coaching that is so obviously not working. Change DC and Sp Teams coaching and you easily buy yourself more time to “do better”
And this would immediately make us better so I have no clue why he doesn’t do his job?
If your focus is on the team getting better, that starts with firing Woods
It’s not up to Stefanski to fire anyone. Maybe he could suspend him for one play.
Who is he going to hire mid season? They have been running the same scheme for 2 and a half years and they don’t know it, a new scheme now will be worse if that’s possible….
While Stefanski has improved the office, his management of the team is horrific. If you aren't going to hold coaches accountable then why should the players be held accountable. Leadership starts at the top.
So that's a yes then. Firing Joe Woods now would make us better. Whilst he's at it fire the ST coach as well
