Apparently, the most pressing problem right now is the poor souls bring unable to find the cash from their enormous salaries to pay for their Christmas parties.

Plus MP’s have been told they can have a good nosh up and claim it back on expenses, I’m sure that those families and people who will be struggling to have a meal of any sort will be ecstatic.

Rishi Sunak contributed heavily in achieving these 'highest' records. Why on earth will he correct his course? Especially now that he has been 'rewarded' with PMship by his party.
Hopefully voters will force the course correction.

Sad. And it’s going to get worse. We are ruining lives not just now but for a generation. We need to make significant changes. Brexit needs to be reconsidered urgently.

Sounds like his biggest problem was making sure they can claim for Christmas parties, everything else comes second. We can't afford Christmas this year but they worry about how the taxpayer can be made to pay for their christmas. Most immigration is legal. But they know that!

@RishiSunak s priority is immigration only because his right wing radical brexiteer part of his party tell him needs to deliver on this. There are much bigger priorities.

Then they need to process the asylum applications quicker, I understand that this takes several years in some cases 😡

Not clear if he's referring to 1066, or the 5th century. Anyway, it's a little late now.

If this was labour in power the scabby Tory tabloids would be having a field day, just money grabbing traitors of the people they purport to work for. Scum, floating to the Top under a guise of patriotism that is the complete opposite. The Tory party party are Traitors, liars

Cut down immigration. Release some more funds. Give themselves a payrise. Win-win for the chumps in the ivory tower.

But why are people even surprised? It is no secret that politicians only care if it profits them 🤷🏻‍♂️

When someone is sectioned under the Mental Health Act, it can often be due to the potential of them harming themselves or others.

At what point do the delusions of @RishiSunak mean that the authorities should intervene?

It probably isn't the most pressing issue at present but, it does add a lot of financial pressure and region specific social pressure to the system. Which if alleviated could free up time and money for other priorities.
