Given the prior ruling by Judges Grant and Brasher, this is bad news for Trump and likely means that Judge Cannon’s ruling will not stand in its current form.

No matter the composition of judges, if the judges adhere to the Constitution, the rule of law & the facts of the case in front of them, their ruling will be the same as it was in the partial motion ruling for the 100 classified documents.

Our Country is at standoff, even with Three Branches of Government, an odd number. The D’s Control the Executive Branch and the Senate, the R’s control the House and SCOTUS. The problem is the corrupt SCOTUS is acting as the “The Trump Card”. Pun intended

Trump didn't factor in personal integrity in his Judiciary selections: it doesn't exist for him and he assumes that it doesn't really exist for anyone else.

It's an Ayn Rand kind of moral confusion reflected in the Virtue of Selfishness and Sam Alito's stari decisis grounding
