BUT its open for ANYONE to vote. Management, public, families. Shambles

Here’s the code. What a damn shame it would be if this went viral and thousands of people voted no

Pay offer is "up to 9%" over 18 mths. A solid offer of 9% over 12 mths and backdated and this element would be acceptable to me. But the offer doesn't even mention sickpay, & redundancy pay is still an issue. I recognise RM have made improvements, but to me those aren't enough.

I wonder how much Simon splashed out on this blunder. It's no wonder Royal mail have gone from huge profit to huge loss in the space of a few months with Simon at the helm. Let us not forget, Thompson has form with making money disappear, £12bn spent on a useless NHS T+T app.

Royal Mail have put whether or not we get shafted to the public, this is outrageous lunacy by an employer that doesn't care about its workers, gauging a ludicrous offer on a poll open to absolute abuse is a joke and they should be challenged @UKLabour @zarahsultana

This blows my mind. If I think of how strict my company's policy is before any internal communications of this nature goes out, the processes and amount of people who need to sign off on it, how the fuck did this happen?
