No thanks. We’re saving jobs and the service. And we’ll do whatever that takes.

If you didn't get what you wanted by striking on Black Friday, take the hint.

I'm at the stage now where I will fight to the death RM if I have to . This kind of mismanagement needs to be challenged at the highest level . I won't be accepting less for doing the same job I've been doing for the last 32 years ✊✊✊✊

Bring in agency staff, good enough for Christmas , good enough for the rest of the year, the job isn’t rocket science, or have hubs where you can pick up your Mail, you can leave the junk Mail behind.

Is this no longer about pay. Serious question. The first strike was about pay and then a T&C ballot was held. Pay rarely gets a mention now, why?

You are destroying the service one strike at a time.

Looks like a bot or troll account, or a second, disposable account, recently made, that made that tweet, I’d just ignore it.

I remember the postal strike in the 70's when it lasted for 7 whole weeks. We couldn't get invoices out or cheques in. They returned to work without achieving their demands. I feel for the staff but am not convinced that this dispute is winnable.

Think they'll be more worker going back to work coming up to Xmas. They've got family's and can't afford to lose all that pay.
