Rule of law with John Lee characteristics: If a court doesn't abide by the will of the Hong Kong executive, they appeal to the emperor in Beijing to overrule the court. What a shame!

Therefore the regime has decided to override the court ruling. Do you still think your rights and assets would be fully protected by law in Hong Kong, especially if you are a foreigner?

emperor ordered KONmunist chief to request his highness to override HK court ruling.

simply don't understand the logic, they can accept a British passport holder as chief executive, but can not accept a British lawyer to defend a case. How about a British born Chinese lawyer???
