So are these 1% the residents or citizens of the country? What about foreigners owning property?
It is appropriate to represent Russia black here. Because it is a black hole of inequality. It鈥檚 worse than in US and among the worst in the world.

The Matt Taibbis on here be saying that criticism of Russia is "red baiting." Not sure that this is how the distribution of property under socialism is supposed to look.
