Today, I renewed our call for Minister of Justice Tyler Shandro to launch an independent investigation in light of new information that the Premier's Office directly contacted and challenged prosecutors on charges related to the Coutts blockade.

There is no law in Canada that isn't controlled by the liberal government you can see that with Alberta's lawsuit against the carbon tax and seems like the liberals can break the law and nothing is done about it

Pot calling the kettle. Let the inquiry happen. But the system has to apply the law and it’s understanding EQUALLY. So please don’t call it a witch hunt when we ask for an investigation into anyone else. Including members of the NDP and Liberals for questionable behavior.

Crown Attorney’s Association has clarified that it is also not aware of any case where a staffer of an elected official has contacted a specific Crown prosecutor about a prosecution.
