Take titles off them, points deductions, multiple transfer window bans. This was all shown years ago, it's been known for years, it's common knowledge and now become a running joke amongst fans of other clubs. It's also painfully obvious they've been breaching FFP for years.

EPL can’t go about the punishment half-heartedly after what we are seeing from City, Newcastle, and now Chelsea. A message has to be sent to deter any possibility that FFP can just be ignored like it has for all these years. The spending needs to be more controlled
