I repaired the Steam Library folder to fix the downloading issue so you can try that. In Steam's settings, go to downloads, Steam library folders, the three dots on the right, then repair folder

I cant even start the Game on Steam xD. I restartet Steam and my PC about 7 Times. And i also deinstalled the game and installed it again and its still not working.....for what did i buy the deluxe Edition. Is it not enough, that we had to wait till know to play the game???

From what I read in multiple comments : Issue's not about where you bought your key, every platforms buyers including steam got problems. Don't get fooled. Let's just wait for a fix from steam.

Everyone needs to manually log out of their steam and log back in! starts a download for 3gb for me that runs like a snail. but its better than nothing...
