「精神系の薬飲むのやめなよ、きっとそれが害なんだよ」って無知な人ほど言ってくるけど、実際2か月くらい飲まないでいたら鬱と統合の症状が悪化して拒食症になり体重がその間で30kg落ちて服薬再開した後も2か月引籠ったりしてズタボロだったから「飲めばフラットになる」状態なのを理解してほしい
