That @GrayTelevision described an adult impregnating a 14-year-old as "consensual" is just the start of this nightmare.
Y’ALL — NIGHTMARE — Ex-pastor in Alabama raped a 14yo, impregnated her… he won’t even do jail time, she’s forced to share custody.

Her parents had pushed her to marry him (they divorced). They both live in Tennessee. Jason Greathouse. In HENDERSON: wtvy.com/2021/10/15/ala… pic.twitter.com/y6JGQNeSv4

Have never heard it before. It seems like a relic from when Twitter allowed only half the characters. Like “chip” for championship.

BYU played at Notre Dame and TCU in the last decade. Guessing neither has an invocation?
Replying to @AndyHutchins
I don't recall ever seeing an invocation at any Notre Dame game I ever attended. TCU is .. not a particularly religious religious school AFAIK

Chris Myers seems awfully sensitive about his dancing ability.

Working with some audio from yesterday's games and BYU's radio team were extremely impressed by the fact Baylor had a pre-game invocation, something they had apparently never seen before outside of LaVell Edwards Stadium.

Here's a good illustration of a Democrat pointing out specific policies that voters in the district supported but that the Republican personally intervened to block.

They should all be doing this!
.@AllforTransport won in House District 59 56-44. Sounds like a lot of voters who wanted better, safer, less congested roads and got nothing because Stacy White put politics over people. floridapolitics.com/archives/46379…

Every goddamn study on term limits has shown that they lead to lobbyists becoming even more powerful because they have more institutional knowledge than lawmakers. Maybe this clown should've read a book before he wrote one.

Yeah, man. They must have. So cool in the snow, rain, ice of old Tiger Stadium. The matchups with the @Packers @Bears @Vikings legendary for all of us Motown kids!
Replying to @MichaelReghi @Bears
i certainly miss making the trip over to Tiger Stadium from Ypsilanti when i was in grad school. the new place is nice but Tiger Stadium was an experience

Growing up in ‘The Motor City’, my Dad and Uncles, all Detroit policemen, and fire fighters, took me to @Lions games, beginning as a 4 year old in the late 50’s! And those ‘Lions’ were championship caliber teams! Through the decade of the 60’s too. Loved it!
Replying to @MichaelReghi
I think those old Lions teams used up all the wins for several decades to come alas

FWIW it appears to have been a nuanced trolling attempt at getting both sides to overreact to something & by all measures it worked

Women can enjoy and appreciate football too. My mom was a PR person for our local D3 — her alma mater — and I spent Saturdays on the sidelines with her as she shot photos & then later that day in the darkroom as she developed them.
What college football games did you attend with your dad that created lasting memories?
What's the program that bonded you and your family?

nevada has the same alma mater as my high school did and now i want to know if everyone has that same alma mater song and who actually wrote it

We can criticize Tennessee all we want - and this was certainly disgraceful - but this is the America we live in now. Just a lack of civility and decency and respect for other people everywhere you turn these days. One day it’s UT but the next could be your favorite team.

Was he down? Nobody touch him after the Int. Correct me if I'm wrong, please?
Replying to @wai01
he's down once he goes down. You don't have to touch him. Even if it were the NFL, where to be down you have to touch them, if you go down voluntarily you're down.

In reply to @bubbaprog
He keeps repeating "жадина говядина" which literally translates to "greedy beef" but interestingly enough that phrase is usually followed by "солёный огурец" which translates to pickle. He never said that part so I'm not 100% sure if he's aware of the pickle connection there
Replying to @LilWayneChrebet
I wonder sometimes because I do recognize phrases and try google translate on some of them but it rarely delivers anything i can make sense of
