No sir, you are mistaken. This will NOT make ANYTHING safer or change anything in fact Phillys Finest Police will have to come to the aid of these illegal Traffic Enforcement Officers, so nothing will change with this. What will the response of the insurance companies

Yes some Officers came up short, we will take into account what these illegal Officers do, how will complaints against them be handled & counted. Will it be open & honest? Your colleagues worked hard 2 lower our insurance what now do we throw all that away?

Your "minor" infractions the Pennsylvania MVC still says are illegal & not minor, in fact dangerous. This city & we are held accountable to the Pennsylvania MVC. Think the city wants own gun laws, state & courts say no sorry.
