Judge responds to trump's request for special master to look at documents. She wants Trump's lawyers to respond to several questions she has by Friday. She is confused why Trump's attorneys came to her and not the judge hearing the case. 鈥淗ey, bumpkins get your shit together鈥

Why anybody would take on that kind of a job is baffling. If they鈥檙e having a rough day is the first of many.

In reply to @marceelias
It works out. They are only concerned about delaying.

In reply to @marceelias
But the judge is a Trump fan so鈥old your expectations.

If there is one thing that has plagued Donald Trump thru his presidency and beyond - it's retaining competent counsel for the endless assault of accusations leveled against him. The motion should have been briefed sufficiently from the jump.

Someone dumb this down for me please. I need a translator.

In reply to @marceelias
And hopefully there are many more rough ones ahead for both him and his lawyers.

The Court Docket says Lindsey Halligan is with Cole, Scott and Kissane, but she does not appear on their website. Her Florida Bar page has a different email than she gives in the Complaint. floridabar.org/directories/fi鈥 Her address is a home, not an office.

Once a loser, always a loser.

In reply to @marceelias
No, this is the judge being very KIND to Trump, and allowing him to supplement his motion papers, instead of just tossing them out.

This is what happens to people who have fools for lawyers.

The pendulum will swing the other way soon enough! Marc is a Democratic operative/activist who is knee deep in Washington corruption!

In reply to @marceelias
That's the judicial equivalent of "Go to your room and think about what you've done."

A lawyer friend once told me that jurisdiction trips up more lawyers than you imagine. She was perfect on it and would not hesitate to pull that out of her bag and thump opposing counsel(s) with it.

In reply to @marceelias
Please use the example we provide you free of charge dumbasses - is what I like to think the judge was saying as she wrote it.

Trump has a truly remarkable way of surrounding himself with clowns, full-blown conspiracy wackos and people with no basic knowledge or competence whatsoever.

Status of service will be never because clearly they can鈥檛 figure if out after reading their attempt at proof of service鈥

This is probably what happens when you have an insurance lawyer working for you. Of course if that鈥檚 the only lawyer who will work for you鈥
