Abolish party system. Election be conducted WITHOUT PARTY SYMBOLS purely of candidates credentials. Post Election PM be chosen from the elected members who shall select nominate his/her cabinet ministers.

Indira Gandhi practiced dictator ship during emergency. Is it better than presidential form of democracy. Yes development happens if the mla belong to ruling party. At the end of the day society is benefitted for voting Modi.
