Keep asking. Why? Who is this trickle of weapons supposed to mollify? What is the possible strategic goal of moving so slowly to do what everyone knows must be done? Innocent people are dying.
Finally...but delivery schedule is too slow. Incremental aid prolongs the conflict. Why are we afraid of Ukraine winning?

The next batch of U.S. military aid for Ukraine is expected to include longer-range smart bombs for the first time wsj.com/articles/u-s-e… via @WSJ

Same thing with sanctions. Why umpteen steps. Just block all trade from the get go!

At this point in time, y'all should not be asking Why? That was the appropriate question to ask over one year ago. Y'all should be asking How Do We Transform The Concepts That Have Been Causing Such Situations Since Before 1917? Y'all should be taking massive action on the answer

Maybe public support. If Biden goes big what will that do to the mindset of people on the right and their representatives. A large number of them seem to be in Putins camp. I can only imagine the rest will follow suit simply by following the rage of the contrarian Biden mobs.

Nuclear sable-rattling. Is it EXTREMLY unlikely, yes, but the consequences of a nuke going off inside your capitol is devastating beyond comprehension. Is extremely unlikely enough for a country to fully commit and give all planes, tanks and weaponry and thereby become a target

Billions in government aid or Starlink, what’s been a more effective use of capital?

The question below needs answering by @jensstoltenberg and @NATO @EU_Commission members. Everyday #NATO delays placement of troops & equipment (air/land/sea) in Ukraine to defend the country, emboldens Russia to commit war crimes/ genocide.@ZelenskyyUa #SlavaUkrainii

Ukraine needs long-range missiles to destroy the enemy's military infrastructure in the occupied territory. This weapon was necessary yesterday, now it is a matter of critical importance

Too myopic in analysis Too ungracious in delivery Displacement is a psychological term. Blame Putin, not America

The point of the weapons isn’t to help Ukraine win, the point of the weapons is to arm our useful idiot Ukrainians to degrade Russia (and destroy themselves in the process). We want to prolong the war.

Lots of us do just that. We are hard wired with sufficient education to learn effective questioning. But most people are not. They just lack our capacity for abstract analysis, and we seem to be lacking the effective means to teach it in a vocabulary that is comfortable for them?

Politics always came before the innocents.

In reply to @Kasparov63
You know this. Human nature chooses the good now and often ignores that such choice may result in worse outcome later. When it comes to war human will is unpredictable & often politics is obstacle. West does not care enough. Sadly advantage dictator.

Business. Like they did in the Near East (Syria and Iraq)

Nice Historic Tweet..Thanks.

We have more weapons than Europe but not an infinite number. I do wish we would give a longer range weapon we use rather than having Boeing fab a shorter one only for Ukraine.

Vlad is, like Trump, a punk. Punks have no place in the world as leaders.
