of course higher tax brings in higher revenue, the toxic tories that want to shrink state & force us to buy everything off their mates at huge mark up ... you cant grow or even maintain an economy by defunding it!

They're giving pay increase to 1.1 million bankers via the back door. But nothing for the 1.88 million NHS workers. HOW MUCH CAN BANKERS SPEND TO BOOST OUR ECONOMY? What about the 2 largest industries: Wholesale & retail (15.2%) Human health & social work activities (13.2%)?

Sorry James. The problem is TOO MANY LOOPHOLES. PAYE on all EARNED income whether it is Salary or Bonuses. If you don’t like it, Feck Off. There will always be someone able to fill your shoes🤭😷

If true they would not need to borrow to pay for it and tax revenue would go up afterwards. They take people for idiots just like with the trickle down argument.
